Here is some information for you to read before the use

  • ​Drink preferably 1 liter of water prior to your session. It would be better if you do not eat at least one hour before the session.

  • ​You can use your iPod, iPhone, Android phone, or MP3 player during the sessions if you would like.

  • ​We recommend to do sessions without clothing (nude) for the best exposure to the infrared and the light, but if you prefer, you may wear a swimsuit. The more skin exposure, the better.

  • ​We encourage you to stand up during the session. If you need to sit down, use a stool or a chair.

  • We encourage you to have a fan directed towards the open side of unit, and run at least at the minimum speed for your comfort.

  • One session can be 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the individual's condition and preference. We recommend at least 30 minutes per session. Maximum use for one person per day is 60 minutes session twice a day, morning and evening. 

  • The max heat you can set is 6.5, and the max light is 10. You can reduce the heat to 5 or 3 or none, but we recommend to keep the light at 10 to get benefits from the light.

  • ​​Be sure to hydrate throughout the day! After the session, expect to feel re-energized from head to toe!
